LEWISBURG, W.Va. (Hinton News) — Ashley McNicholas, D.O., graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree on May 5, 2023.
While at WVSOM, Dr. McNicholas received the WVSOM Foundation Scholars Award.
McNicholas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in preprofessional biology from Concord University in Athens, W.Va., in 2019. She is a 2015 graduate of Summers County High School in Hinton, W.Va.
McNicholas is the daughter of Terry and Lorraine McNicholas of Hinton, W.Va.
She plans to enter a family medicine residency at WVU Medicine United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, W.Va.
