SUMMERS COUNTY, W.Va. (Hinton News) — Summers County Schools recently announced Jackie Persinger as the Teacher of the Year. 

Persinger, an esteemed educator, has been recognized for her dedication, passion, and commitment to her students’ success. Her tireless efforts in the classroom have left a lasting impact on the lives of countless students.

In addition to Persinger’s outstanding achievement, Summers County Schools also congratulates Lauren Rocchetti for her remarkable contributions as a teacher. Rocchetti’s unwavering dedication to excellence has earned her well-deserved recognition as one of the school’s top educators.

Furthermore, Summers County Schools extended its heartfelt congratulations to Debbie Meadows for being named the Service Personnel of the Year. Meadows’ exemplary service and unwavering commitment to the school community are truly commendable.

Additionally, Joy Bowling was named Professional Support Person of the Year and Adrienne Conner was named Service Person of the Year.
