There are several SCHS Track team members who are headed to the W.Va state meet next. The team went to the regional track meet on Wednesday, June 2.
Those going to state are seniors — Ian Gardner, Landon Richmond, Riley Richmond, Baylee Bentley, Megan Cooper, Hunter Thomas; juniors — Nick Willey, Marlee Meador; sophomores — Eli Meadows, Sarah Turner, Amity Whitelight; and freshman — Grace Harvey. Some of these individuals qualified in multiple events at the regional meet.
