Highway 20 is closed between Hinton and Pipestem this morning due to downed trees blocking access from one part of the county toward Hinton or traffic from Hinton to Pipestem. Summers County 911 reported no other problems have been reported thus far this morning. The highway will be blocked until utility crews arrive to remove the trees blocking access to and fro.
