CHARLESTON W.Va. (Hinton News) – The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission is currently receiving applications to fill the vacancy on the 15th Judicial Circuit Court (Fayette County). The vacancy is left by Thomas H. Ewing, who resigned after being appointed to the Supreme Court of Appeals by Governor Patrick Morrisey.
