Members of Hinton’s Hometown Christmas Committee want to thank those who attended Hinton’s first-ever, Touch-a-Truck, on July 2, 2022. Over two hundred people enjoyed climbing on and in fire engines, police trucks, a race car, a backhoe, a school bus, and even the Summers County Library Book Mobile.
The day was made successful by the many volunteers who spent part of their holiday weekend allowing kids to have fun while blasting horns, flashing blue lights, and taking pictures inside of vehicles they might not otherwise be able to experience.
