The lower half of Summers County is in the high level of fire danger today. The upper area of the county is in the moderate range. Use caution with all potential ignition sources and continue to observe all burning laws.

Direct any questions regarding the fire danger level or burning laws to your local fire department or the West Virginia Division of Forestry.
