The Summers County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help from the community to locate Henry Timberlake Duncan.
In a Facebook post from February 26, the Summers County Sheriff’s Department asked for assistance from the community to locate Duncan who resides in the Nimitz area of Summers County.
According to the post made by the Sheriff’s Department, Duncan is currently wanted for Parole Violation. Duncan is a registered sex offender on the West Virginia State Police Sex Offender Registry.
The post further states that if someone sees Duncan, they should not make contact with him. Instead, they should contact any local law enforcement agency. The post goes on to say, “If anyone has any information regarding the location of Mr. Duncan please contact any of your local law enforcement agencies.”
Sheriff’s Deputy T.J. Cochran confirmed on March 9 that they are still looking for Duncan.
