SUMMERS COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – The Summers County Courthouse will close at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31, and will be closed Thursday and Friday, Jan. 1 and 2. The courthouse will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 5.
