Dog of the Week: Meatball

This is Meatball, otherwise known as MeatLOAF in his foster home.

Meatball was found wandering near Subway in Hinton and was taken to a local veterinary clinic, where he was named Meatball. Upon his arrival, he was treated for a couple of different things.

One of which was a bacterial skin infection. He is susceptible to these because he has allergies and is 56lbs of bully breed.

Don’t worry

Meatball’s condition is easily managed on a chicken-free diet and daily medications.

We are unsure exactly how old he is due to his teeth being worn, but he doesn’t let that slow him down.

Meatball has PATIENCE, unless you get in his face, but ayyyy we all have bubbles.

Meatball is excellent with cats.

He is potty-trained.

Meatball gets along well with other doggies that respect the bubble.

Meatball is a bye-bye baby! He rides beautifully!

Meatball loves a good bite to eat.

Meatball loves a good bit of sunshine and some dirt to dig, he’s a leisurely dude. He doesn’t ask for much. He likes a comfy couch or bed he can surf on.

And if you think he will get up before he is ready, you will get the stare, then he will ignore you.

While Meatball does do well in a crate, he has free roam of the house. He is the king.

Meatball has the kindest, gentlest soul you will ever meet. He deserves the whole world.

He is made for a slow and steady-paced life. He gets bursts of energy here and there, but overall, he is easygoing.

Every good human deserves a Meatball. Those big brown eyes will melt you. He is absolutely precious. The way he looks at you and trusts you…..

It’s magical.
