HINTON W.Va. (Hinton News) – The Campbell-Flannagan-Murrell House Museum’s Black History in Summers County Exhibit will be on display at West Virginia University Institute of Technology (WVU Tech), in the Robert C. Byrd Learning Center Library in Beckley.  The Exhibit began on Feb. 3 and will stay through Feb. 28.

This exhibit has been requested and displayed at the following: Summers County Public Library, Concord University, Bluefield State, and Summers County Memorial Building. When the exhibit is not traveling, it is on display at the Campbell-Flannagan-Murrell House Museum’s gallery.

February is designated as Black History Month and here is a great opportunity to learn the story of a local county’s history.
