HINTON W.Va. (Hinton News) – The Summers County Sheriff’s Department announced the success of its annual Shop with a Cop event, providing gifts for 33 children across the county.
In a statement released on social media, the department expressed gratitude to the community for their ongoing support and acknowledged the valuable assistance of the Princeton Police Department, the Hinton Police Department, and Walmart in making the event possible.
The Shop with a Cop program aims to foster positive relationships between law enforcement and children in need.
