SUMMERS COUNTY W.Va. (Hinton News) – The first grant cycle of the year is the Community Impact Grant. This grant provides funding for areas in the arts, education, public recreation, health and human services, community beautification, and other eligible needs through field-of-interest funds held within the foundation.
