HINTON W.Va. (Hinton News) – Pat Jordan has served as a dedicated councilman for the City of Hinton for a total of 33 years. Pat has been a steadfast advocate for policies that balance economic growth with environmental responsibility. Known for his collaborative approach, he has played a key role in bringing together diverse voices from all sectors of the city to address pressing issues such as affordable housing, recreation and youth programs. Throughout his tenure, Pats has built a reputation for integrity, honor, and a commitment to ensuring that all residents have a voice in the city’s future.

Larry Meador was a dynamic councilman for the City of Hinton for 41 years. Larry focused on advancing the city’s economic development, Larry has helped championed initiatives that support small businesses, create job opportunities, and enhance the city’s cultural and recreational offerings. Known for his pragmatic solutions and proactive approach to challenges, Larry has played a pivotal role in improving public services, expanding green spaces, and enhancing the city’s overall livability. His leadership has helped Hinton’s growth and ensured its long-term success.
