TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The purpose of this action is to determine guardianship of D.T. DOB: 02/23/2024. Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said child(ren), and/or Termination of Parental Rights.
It appearing that the whereabouts of Respondent Father D.V. and Respondent Mother S.T. or any known or unknown father or mother, or of any named or unnamed father or mother, or of anyone claiming paternity or maternity of the infant child, is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Respondent Father D.V. and Respondent Mother S.T. or any known or unknown father or mother, or any named or unnamed father or mother, or anyone claiming paternity or maternity of the infant child, appear in the Office of the Honorable Robert A. Irons, Judge of the Circuit Court of Summers County, West Virginia, for a Preliminary Hearing on SEPTEMBER 20, 2024, at 10:45 a.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the child may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated.
Further, it is hereby ORDERED that any known or unknown father or mother, or any named or unnamed father or mother, or anyone claiming paternity or maternity of D.T. DOB: 02/23/2024, be advised of their right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if they cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said child(ren) unto the Petitioner.
