SUMMERS COUNTY W.Va. (Hinton News) – The Bradshaw Creek Bridge on WV-12 in Summers County, West Virginia is currently closed for replacement. The closure began on Monday, April 1, and will continue through Friday, Nov. 30.
Thankfully, drivers won’t be facing a complete roadblock. According to the West Virginia Department of Transportation, to minimize disruption, a temporary detour is in place to keep traffic flowing through the area while the main bridge undergoes construction.
WVDOT asks motorists to observe all “traffic control signs and devices and use caution while traveling near the work zone.”
Inclement weather may affect the project’s timeline.
For additional information on the project, you can contact the West Virginia Department of Transportation.
