RALEIGH COUNTY (Hinton News) – A West Virginia State Trooper was shot earlier today in the Sophia area. The trooper was struck in the arm and is expected to recover.
While officers have since recovered the suspect’s vehicle, the individual, Scott Arthur O’Brien, of Hamilton Ohio, remains at large.
