SUMMERS COUNTY, (Hinton News) – We have confirmed that all roads in Summers County, with the exception of Leatherwood Road, have reopened as of this morning. At this time, we have not been able to confirm whether or not Route 3/12 going toward Forest Hill has reopened from the mudslide.
At the time of writing, the gauge at Alderson is at 10.93 feet and falling. The Hilldale gauge is at 16.24 feet and falling.
