The Summers County Solid Waste Authority has rescheduled the Recycling Center Open House for Saturday, Oct. 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Meal options include a hotdog or hamburger, chips and water for a $5 donation. All of the proceeds go directly to the operation of the new Summers County Recycling Collections Center.
