ARH Women’s Health is holding a Breast Cancer Survivor Virtual Dinner event on Thursday, Oct. 28, at 6 p.m. The event is titled A Night for a Fight and is the fifth annual such event. This annual event takes place each year during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
There will be two guest speakers during the event. Both are breast cancer survivors; Ellen Wright and Karla McCarty. They will give their inspirational testimonies on survival.
The event is hosted by the family of Appalachian Regional Hospitals. This includes both Southern West Virginia locations, Summers County ARH and Beckley ARH.
Anyone can join the event on Zoom. The link to register is available on the Facebook event page. The event page can be accessed by visiting the Summers County ARH Facebook page, or any ARH Facebook page, and selecting the “events” tab.
