LEGAL NOTICE
INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

The Summers County Commission is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new electrically operated access gate system, fencing, and swing gates at the Recycling Center located at 2128 Greenbrier Drive, Hinton, WV 25951. The selected contractor shall provide a complete, turnkey installation that meets the requirements outlined in paperwork provided at a mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on site 10am August 24, 2026.
Sealed bids must be received no later than 4pm September 8, 2026. Bids should be mailed to:

Summers County Commission
120 Ballengee St., Suite 203
Hinton, WV 25951

All bidders are required to contact DEP-REAP at 1-800-322-5530 to report submission of their bid. The Summers County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
