The object of the above-entitled action is to quiet title to that certain piece of real property previously owned by the Greenbrier Primitive Baptist Church as stated in Petitioners’ “Petition To Quiet Title” filed in this matter. In addition, Petitioners assert that they are unaware of any interested parties or their addresses, and as such Petitioners move for an Order of Publication pursuant to W. Va. R. Civ. Pro. 4(e)(E) so that proper notice of said “Petition To Quiet Title” may be served upon any interested persons.
After the review of the Affidavit for Publication, this Court agrees that the Petitioners and Petitioners’ Attorney used due diligence in locating interested parties in this matter, but was unable to locate any, and there may be interested persons requiring notice. As such, it is ORDERED that publication be made. It is further ORDERED that any interested party appear and serve upon Anna R. Ziegler, counsel for plaintiff, whose address is 110 James Street, Hinton, West Virginia 25951, any responsive pleadings to the petition filed in this action within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them.
A copy of said Petition and Motions can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office in Hinton, Summers County, West Virginia.
