You will take notice that PAMELA WYNES, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2025-C-000140, located in TALCOTT District, 0.93 ACRES TALCOTT 1 LOT which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of GILL DANNY L & FRIEDERIKE W/S, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of SUMMERS County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on June 11, 2026. PAMELA WYNES requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after April 1, 2027, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before March 31, 2027 will be as follows:
