NOTICE

At the December 9, 2025, regular Board of Health meeting, the Summers County Board of Health voted to add a Reinspection Fee for establishments to the Environmental Health Fee for Permit Payment Schedule. The newly proposed fee is open for public comment from April 1, 2026 through June 15, 2026.  A copy of the new fee may be provided upon written request.

Requests for the proposed fee should be sent to: Summers County Health Department, PO Box 898, Hinton, WV 25951, or by e-mail to celena.h.cooper@wv.gov.   

All comments about the proposed fee must be received — postmarked or via email — by June 15, 2026, for consideration.
