It is hereby ordered that Philip Andrew Shaw serve upon Courtney Sue Shaw, Petitioner, whose address is P.O. Box 123, Forest Hill, WV 24935, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before September 26, 2025. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
