The Summers County Council on Aging offers meals to seniors, Monday through Friday between 11:30 am.m and 1 p.m. The following in the July menu.

Monday, July 3 – Chicken Alfredo, corn, peas, wheat bread, peaches, and milk to drink.
Tuesday, July 4 – Center close for Independence Day
Wednesday, July 5 – BBQ pork sandwich, oven-roasted potatoes, cole slaw, mixed fruit, and milk to drink.
Thursday, July 6 – Pinto beans, cabbage, stewed tomatoes, and cornbread. Apple juice and milk to drink.
Friday, July 7 – Roast beef, mashed potatoes, broccoli, whole wheat bread, mandarin oranges, and milk to drink.
Monday, July 10 – Chicken sandwich, lettuce, tomato, steak fries, peaches, and milk to drink.
Tuesday, July 11 – BBQ pork chops, mashed potatoes, carrots, whole wheat bread, grape juice, and milk to drink.
Wednesday, July 12 – Spaghetti, tossed salad, garlic bread, applesauce, and milk to drink.
Thursday, July 13 – Hot dog, baked beans, cole slaw, banana, and milk to drink.
Friday, July 14 – Fish, spinach, cole slaw, whole wheat bread, mixed fruit, and milk to drink.
Monday, July 17 – Hamburger, lettuce, tomato, steak fries, peaches, and milk to drink.
Tuesday, July 18 – Chef salad, ham and turkey, croutons, garlic biscuit, mixed fruit, and milk to drink.
Wednesday, July 19 – Chicken sald sadnwich, lettuce, tomato, three-bean salad, baked potato chips, and milk to drink.
Thursday, July 20 – Chicken and dumplings, broccoli, corn, applesauce, and milk to drink.
Friday, July 21 – Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, whole wheat bread, mixed fruit, and milk to drink.
Monday, July 24 – BBQ chicken, carrots, peas, whole wheat bread, applesauce, and milk to drink.
Tuesday, July 25 – Navy beans, collard greens, and cornbread. Apple juice and milk to drink.
Wednesday, July 26 – Taco salad, tortilla chips, pears, and milk to drink.
Thursday, July 27 – Lasagna, tossed salad, garlic biscuit, peaches, and milk to drink.
Friday, July 28 – Crab cake, California blend veggies, sweet potato fries, whole wheat bread, pears, and milk to drink.
Monday, July 31 – Grilled chicken sandwich, lettuce, tomato, and oven-roasted potatoes. Grape juice and milk to drink.
