WILLS
Frances A. Wills, 94, of Fincastle, VA, formerly of Hinton, WV, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. She was born in Hinton and was the daughter of the late Jack and Doyle Cook.
Other than her parents, those preceding her in death were her husband, J. R. Wills; son, Billy Ray Wills; brothers, Buck, Pete, and John Cook; and sister, Hattie Thompson.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Ellen Rodes Wills; two sisters-in-law, Glenna Cook of Wayside, WV, and Novella Cook of TN.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at the Restwood Memorial Gardens with Pastor Don Hannah officiating. Those wishing to attend the services are asked to meet at the cemetery.
