CHARLESTON, WV (Hinton News) – The evidentiary hearing for Appalachian Power and Wheeling Power Companies’ Expanded Net Energy Cost (ENEC) case originally scheduled for Tuesday, August 2, 2022, has been postponed. The Commission has held four public comment hearings on this case in Wheeling, Princeton, Huntington and Charleston.
Additional information, including documents filed in the case and the full procedural schedule, may be found on the Commission’s website www.psc.state.wv.us by referencing Case No. 22-0393-E-ENEC.
