The Summers County Council on Aging on 2nd Avenue in Hinton is open again after closing down two months ago following a flood and water damage. Repairs are complete and Executive Secretary Cindy Garrett said the senior center is back and preparing hot meals. Starting immediately, those 60 and older may return to the usual schedule and pick up hot meals. Seniors may call 304-466-4019 for more information.
