The grand jury of the State of West Virginia, in and for the body of the county of Summers has returned the following felony indictments for publication in this newspaper:

Jimmy Roger Dunford, murder;

Danny Lee Cook, Jr., one count domestic battery 3rd offense, one count domestic assault 3rd offense;

Michael Caleb Bragg, Sr., breaking and entering, two counts petit larceny, burglary;

Tara Dawn Killen, one count possession with the intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, one count possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver;

Ryan Marcelle Berry, one count bringing stolen property into the state, two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, one count obstructing an officer;

David Lee Weikle, two counts domestic assault 3rd offense, destruction of property;

James Coty Fleshman, one count malicious assault, one count domestic battery 1st offense;

Richard Dale Ward, Jr., one count driving revoked for DUI 3rd offense, one count fleeing in vehicle showing reckless indifference;

Joseph Fitzgerald, one count first-degree arson;

James Carroll Depriest, one-count felony failure to provide notice of registration changes 3rd or subsequent offense;

Dane Davis Riffe, one count domestic assault 3rd offense, one count obstructing an officer, one count battery on an officer, one count indecent exposure;

Dillon Robert Rouse, Count one: Sexual Assault in the Third Degree, count two: Sexual Abuse by Parent, Guardian or Custodian, count three: Sexual Abuse Third Degree

Scott Douglas Morgan, 26 counts of forgery, 26 counts uttering, one count financial exploitation of an elderly person;

Zelmar L. Lilly, one count burglary, one count assault, one count battery;

Oscar McKinley Adkins, one count fraud in the selection of jurors;

Jerry Nelson, one count possession of a firearm by prohibited person, one count fleeing in a vehicle showing reckless indifference, one count improper registration, one count speeding;

Lavoria Conner, one count burglary, one count petit larceny;

Bruce Edward Clark, two counts domestic battery 3rd offense, one count domestic assault 3rd offense;

Danni Jo Adkins, two counts possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver one count obstructing an officer, one count driving suspended;

James Dustin Lilly, one count driving revoked for driving under the influence 3rd offense.

The Summers County Grand Jury Indictments are the first to be compiled and released since late summer due to COVID-19 postponements.
