ORDER OF PUBLICATION

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

The purpose of this action is to determine guardianship of Karah Wilkinson (DOB: 01/19/2012), Ayla Wilkinson (DOB: 11/24/2017), and Ian Wilkinson (DOB: 11/24/2017). Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said children, and/or Termination of Parental Rights.

It appearing that the whereabouts of the mother Christina S. Wilkinson, or of anyone claiming parental or custodial rights to the infant children, is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that the mother Christina S. Wilkinson, or anyone claiming custodial or parental rights to the infant children, appear in the Office of the Honorable Amy L. Mann, Judge of the Circuit Court of Summers County, West Virginia, for a Preliminary Hearing on August 26, 2026, at 11:45 a.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the child may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Human Services, and the parental rights of the mother may be terminated.

Further, it is hereby ORDERED that the mother Christina S. Wilkinson, or anyone claiming parental or custodial rights to the infant children, be advised of their right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if they cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said children unto the Petitioner.
