RONCEVERTE, W.Va. (DayTripper) — A fundraiser is turning a night of haunting into a mission as The Ellis Mansion Restoration hosts Coal Country Paranormal Investigation on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
The event invites the public to explore the mansion at 126 Pocahontas Ave. and to experience guided paranormal activity with equipment provided on site. Attendees will be joined by experienced investigators as they delve into the house’s history. The public program runs from 6 to 11 p.m., with check-in beginning at 6 p.m. and the investigation starting at 7 p.m.
Proceeds from the event will directly benefit restoration efforts. Admission is $20 per person.
