NOTICE
Pursuant to W.Va. Code § 20-5-16, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources plans to enter a contract with a third party for the financing, construction, and operation of new lodging facilities at Blackwater Falls State Park, Lost River State Park, and Pipestem Resort State Park and has scheduled a public hearing on this matter, to be held in open house format from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on the following dates and at the following locations:
