NOTICE OF DEMOLITION:

To: Hunt Branit LLC, their heirs or assigns

Property Location: 1306 Beech Run Road, Hinton, WV 25951

Property Parcel: 45-07-0021-0002-0000

In accordance with West Virginia State Code § 7-1-3ff and the Summers County Dilapidated Structures Ordinance, a previous Order was received 02-18-2025 by Hunt Branit LLC to demolish and remove debris from the property listed above. No response was received requesting a hearing to discuss or dispute the Order, and the property has not been demolished by the owner(s) or their assigns. The Summers County Commission is planning to seek contractors for purposes of demolition.
