In accordance with West Virginia State Code § 7-1-3ff and the Summers County Dilapidated Structures Ordinance, a previous Order was received 12-26-2024 by Brentmoore LLC, to demolish and remove debris from the property listed above. No response was received requesting a hearing to discuss or dispute the Order, and the property has not been demolished by the owner(s) or their assigns. The Summers County Commission is planning to seek contractors for purposes of demolition.
