RE: Notice of Condemnation Hearing for 203 Hill St. Hinton, WV 25951

NOTICE OF CONDEMNATION HEARING

Pursuant to the City of Hinton’s “ORDINANCE FOR DILAPIDATED STRUCTURES IN HINTON, WV” and West Virginia Code § 8-12-16 you are hereby NOTIFIED that the Municipal Court of Summers County, West Virginia, will be holding a hearing to determine the property’s state of disrepair, dilapidation, or dangerous condition on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Hinton City Hall located at 322 Summers Street, Hinton West Virginia, 25951. You, members of the Association, or any occupants of the Property may appear with or without counsel to submit testimony and evidence concerning this matter. Failure to appear at this hearing may result in the condemnation of the property and a lien on said property. A copy of the complaint can be obtained from the undersigned, at her office located at 110 James Street, Hinton, West Virginia, 25951.
