( December 6, 1964 – October 19, 2025 )

Matthew Francis Enright, 60, of Hinton, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the Summers Healthcare Center in Hilldale, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on December 6, 1964, in Aurora, IL, Matthew was the son of the late Leroy J. and Gloria Lowers Enright.

He was trained as an Electronic Technician and was gifted with computers. Matthew was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed reading and watching anime.

Those left to cherish his memory include three brothers, Barney Callaghan of Aurora, IL, Joe Callaghan and wife, Lynn, of Humble, TX, and Raymond Enright of New Mexico; two sisters, Gloria Medernach and husband, Greg, of Aurora, IL, and Elsie Paluska of Peachtree City, GA. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. James Conyers officiating. The Rite of Committal and burial will take place at the Lilly-Crews Cemetery in Nimitz, WV. The family will receive friends at Pivont Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
