SUMMERS COUNTY W.Va. (Hinton News) – If there was one thing Matt Butler was certain of, it was that he was ready for more. More responsibility. More of everything life had to offer. It was in those moments that he knew he wanted to start his own business.
Butler said he started his business in March and has been going strong ever since. He explained how he had learned to do many different things over the years that have aided in the start of his business.
One day, Butler decided he didn’t want to keep starting over at another full-time job. That’s when he knew that his love of doing odd jobs and handyman-type work was going to be turned into a business he could grow into something to rely on. Something to build and depend on. Offering garbage clean-up, grass cutting, hauling vehicles away, working on vehicles, and sometimes buying items for scrap, Butler wants to be the go-to service for Summers County. The 27-year-old says he won’t rule out expanding his business if the need arises.
Butler said that one thing he really enjoys about his business is getting to meet new people. He went on to say his goal is to provide quality services and show the people of Summers County that there are still decent, honest, hardworking people out there.
