GREENBRIER RIVER AND MEADOW RIVER VALLEYS W.Va. (Hinton News) – The Greenbrier Valley Council 8689 Knights of Columbus accumulated and is announcing the Holy Week Services for the Greenbrier Valley and Meadow River Valley area Catholic Churches.

Bartow:  St. Mark, the Evangelist, Good Friday observance for Pocahontas Countians 6 p.m.; Easter Sunday Mass:  11:30 a.m.

Hinton:  St. Patrick’s Church, Holy Thursday 6 p.m.; Good Friday, 6 p.m.; Easter Vigil April 19, 7 p.m.; Easter Sunday Mass:  9 a.m.

Marlinton: St. John Neuman Church, Holy Thursday Mass:  6 p.m.; Easter Vigil, April 19, 8 p.m.

Rainelle: Sacred Heart Church, Good Friday 3 p.m.; Easter Sunday Mass: 11:30 a.m.

Ronceverte: St. Catherine of Siena Church, Good Friday 3 p.m.; Good Friday Ronceverte Ministerial Association Community Good Friday Service 7 p.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Church; Easter Sunday  Mass 11 a.m.

Snowshoe: St. Bernard Church, Easter Sunday Mass: 8 a.m.

White Sulphur Springs: St. Charles Borromeo Church, Holy Thursday  Mass: 6 p.m.; Good Friday noon, Stations of the Cross; 6 p.m. Communion; Easter Vigil April 19, 8 p.m. Easter Sunday Mass: 9 a.m.

In addition, on Good Friday, the Monroe County Christian Coalition will hold the traditional “Walking Stations of the Cross” at noon, beginning at the Union United Methodist Church.

The public is invited to join any or all of the Holy Week Services.
