HINTON W.Va. (Hinton News) – Brenda Webb opened up her shop Imperfectly Perfect Appliances because her washer went out and she couldn’t afford to nor did she want to pay retail. Webb explained she has always been the type to save money when she could. She said it was at this point she started to work with a distributor, getting a couple of appliances in at a time. Webb started to see a real need for affordable appliances in the community. Her goal is to do ¼ to ⅓ of retail pricing as much as possible. She said they started selling in a carport, then got one building, and then a second. After a bull got loose while a customer was shopping, they decided it was time to move the business to a store.
Imperfectly Perfect Appliances offers stoves, washers, dryers, and refrigerators. They hope to start offering pallets from Sam’s and eBay in the near future. Those will feature air compressors and random items.
The store will be featuring random pop-up sales during the holiday season. The business is veteran-oriented and is offering 5% off to any veteran during the season. Webb asks that people go to their Facebook page to keep a check and give the business a “like.”
The store is open Tuesday through Thursday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. They can also offer hours by appointment anytime.
You can reach Imperfectly Perfect Appliances at 304 888 6342. Stop by 200 Greenbrier Drive during business hours to find that appliance you’ve been needing.
