SUMMERS COUNTY (Hinton News) – Summers County local, 10-year-old Kalianna Ward, was crowned the first Pre Teen West Virginia Sunflower Festival Queen on July 22, 2023. The festival will be held in Alderson at the Sunset Berry Farm located on Flat Mountain. Kalianna invites everyone to come out and enjoy the festival.
