LEWISBURG, W.Va. (Hinton News–) – The Greenbrier Valley Master Gardeners and the WVU Extension service are offering a free pruning workshop on Saturday, May 6, from 1-3 p.m.
The workshop will be held at the demonstration garden on the State Fairgrounds. No advanced registration is required. Participants are encouraged to bring pruning shears to try out their skills.
Mira Danilovich, associate professor and WVU Extension specialist, will lead the workshop. Danilovich has over 30 years of experience in horticulture and has led many pruning and grafting training sessions. At WVU she serves as consumer horticulture specialist and state coordinator for the West Virginia Master Gardener program.
