The parents of Alexis Richmond and David Lester would like to announce the engagement of their children.

Alexis is the daughter of Karen Richmond and the late Gary Richmond of Hinton, WV. She is a licensed cosmetologist and Graduated from Academy of Careers and Technology in 2023. She is a Cosmetologist at Revive Salon in Princeton, WV.

David is the son of David and Vicki Lester of Pipestem WV. He is a Sheriff Deputy K-9 unit of Summers County and attended Concord after graduating Summers County High School. He Graduated from the West Virginia Police Academy in 2021.

The parents are proud to announce their engagement after seven wonderful years together.

The proposal took place during a romantic trip to New York City, where David popped the question against the iconic backdrop of the city skyline. The moment marked a beautiful new chapter for the couple, who have shared a strong bond and deep love since they first met.

The happy couple is currently planning their wedding, set to take place this fall. They look forward to celebrating this exciting milestone with their family and friends.
