SUMMERS COUNTY W.Va. (Hinton News) – Public Notice: The West Virginia Department of Agriculture will be conducting aerial treatments for biological suppression of black flies on the Greenbrier, New, and Bluestone rivers on Tuesday, July 15, weather and water levels permitting.
