Emergency vehicle lights flashing, police car inspecting city, security service

SUMMERS COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – One man has lost his life following a motorcycle accident earlier today. Summers County Sheriff Faris released the following statement:

“Earlier today at approximately 1344 hours [1:44 p.m.], the Summers County Sheriff’s Department responded to a two vehicle accident. One of the vehicles was a motorcycle that was driven by an adult male. The accident resulted in the tragic loss of life of the motorcycle driver. At this time, we will not be releasing the males identity until death notification can be made. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the deceased.”
