HINTON W.Va. (Hinton News) – Three Rivers Youth Theater will be performing a play of the O. Henry story, the Ransom of Red Chief, as a adapted by Burton Bumgarner. For those of you familiar with the old western story, the new version has been recast in New York City as some young adults explore the issues with trying to earn quick money. The play will be held on May 11 (Mother’s Day) at 3pm in the Memorial Building. It is free admission, so come out and enjoy the comedy as these young actors perform for the moms in their lives.
